Yummy!!!!
The evolution from skeptics to fishermen was simple and quick. It went kinda like this: On Tuesday, when we first arrived in Soldotna, our neighbor gave us a fresh salmon filet he had literally caught about 15 minutes before. On Wednesday, we ate it and definitely approved! On Thursday, our neighbor leant Matt a rod and reel and talked to him all about the finer points of catching a red in the river out back. We went up to the local hardware store and bought a fishing license that very night, to go into effect Friday at 5pm. On Friday at 5:05pm, Matt and I were on the dock getting ready to catch a fish.
